Digital Modeling BIM studio We provide comprehensive MEPF BIM detailing services using Autodesk Revit to support projects from design development through construction and final handover. Our scope includes high-accuracy Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection modeling with full multidisciplinary coordination to ensure clash-free and constructible building systems. We develop LOD 300–400 models, coordinated shop drawings, spool drawings, and fabrication-ready deliverables aligned with project standards and local codes.

We performed comprehensive Navisworks Manage coordination on the federated Architectural, Structural, and MEPF Revit models to identify and resolve spatial conflicts before construction. The combined model was reviewed for constructability, system routing efficiency, and clearance compliance across all disciplines.
